Where are you located?

We are located in Texas to provide you with excellent customer service and easy returns. Our Kits are shipped directly from our Factory in China, where we have been shipping to the United States since 2018. In the U.S., your order will be delivered to you by the United Postal Service in approximately 10-15 days.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries and in most cases the shipping cost is free.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Your order will be shipped out within 3 days from the purchase date. At the time of shipping the tracking number will be emailed to you.

Are your canvases poured glue or adhesive?

Our canvases are created with the process know as double-sided adhesive. This process we prefer for our diamond painting kits due to the sturdier canvas and longevity of the diamonds to adhere to the canvas surface.
